This pearl farm experience is for those looking for the ultimate indulgence in a unique tour that will see you immersed in everything pearls.

This experience begins at their Shellar door – a revamped Oyster Shed in Mooney Mooney, alongside the Lower Hawkesbury River, where you can experience an authentic pearl farm. Board their Oyster Punt ‘Rose’ to meet the pearling team who reveal the intricacies of pearl farming and how they grow these locally grown pearls.

Once back on land you’ll enjoy a grazing platter and local oysters while enjoying the view of Spectacle Island. You’re then invited to join them in the grading room where they’ll share with you a range of pearls from the farms harvest. Here you’ll learn how pearls are graded by the seven virtues that underpin the value of these farm-direct Pearls of Australia and you’ll get to choose a premium Akoya pearl to take home as the perfect souvenir of your day. This is truly a day to remember.
