Brooms Head Back Beach

Natural Attractions

It’s amazing how a few hundred metres and 90 degrees of rotation can change the look and feel of a coast, and nowhere on the Clarence Valley’s beaches is this difference more striking than Brooms Head Back Beach.

Where the Main Beach is all ice creams and Holiday Park vibes, the Back Beach is a more romantic, and openly serene. A series of grassy undulations from the top car park leads down to a beach that feels like it could be miles from anywhere, when in fact it’s a stone’s throw from Brooms.

Swimming wise, extreme caution is advised.

You get the feeling that this beach is where the locals come to get some quiet time and reflect.
