A two-night all-inclusive bespoke farm-to-table encounter exploring local food in the Capertee Valley and Rylstone.
This boutique experience for just six people gives you access to honey, truffles, edible flowers, garlic, and premium wine producers who aren’t open to the public.
Enjoy the comfort and luxury of two nights staying at Belle Bois in one of our King or Queen bedroom suites plus a casual two-course dinner with wine, featuring local produce. Breakfast is followed by boarding your tour vehicle and short drives between your first producer visits.
Interact with the producers and fabulous views from their farms, and relax, savour lunch, and meet some locals at “From the Paddock”, our local farm market. Sit back and enjoy the scenery for half an hour going to two more producers.
Return to Belle Bois to indulge in an evening eating the produce you have explored, with canapes and a three-course dinner matched with De Beaurepaire Wines.
Relax and enjoy the experience, the food, the wine, and the views the passing traveller doesn’t get the chance to see.
