St James’ Church

Landmarks and Buildings

St James is a historic church which sits on the hill above Bungwahl and overlooks the beautiful Myall Lakes. Built-in 1884, it is the oldest church to be located in the Forster Tuncurry Anglican parish. Naturally, because of its beauty and age, this church is very popular for wedding services.

The township of Seal Rocks and Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse are just a short drive away.
