The journey begins with a visit to Deniliquin, renowned for its iconic Ute Muster. The group explores the Ute Muster Museum and the Depot, where history comes alive through a unique collection of historical vehicles and memorabilia. A nostalgic lunch at The Diner sets the tone for a journey back to the 50s before proceeding to Restdown Wines, a certified organic winery, farm, and wetland. A leisurely stroll around the wetlands precedes a delightful tasting of organic wines produced at Restdown.

The following day includes a visit to the iconic Spanner Man before continuing to Wedderburn for an exploration of the Coach House Museum.

As the adventure unfolds, the group visits Hay, where they wander through the Old Hay Gaol and explore The Bishops Lodge and Rose Garden. Lunch awaits at Shear Outback, accompanied by a quintessential Aussie shearing demonstration.

Thursday brings a visit to Echuca, where the group explores the Great Aussie Beer Shed and Heritage Farm before moving on to Shepo’s Whey, a dairy farm with a unique twist. The evening is reserved for a visit to the Swan Hill Pioneer Settlement to witness their mesmerizing laser light show, “Heartbeat of the Murray.”
