Narrabri Fish Farm

Half Day or Less

Narrabri Fish Farm is the largest hatchery-based aquaculture farm in New South Wales, breeding Golden Perch, Murray Cod, Eel-Tailed Catfish, Silver Perch and Yabbies. The farm is on 250 acres and contains 100 dams and a four-metre sculpture of a Murray Cod made from recycled materials.

Narrabri Fish Farm provides guided tours, fish feeding, yabbying, and fishing.

The Fishing and Yabbying Tours are not only just for catching but also learning about the species on the farm, and Rick and his staff are only too keen to show you how to yabby the old-fashioned way and the basics of fishing. This produce, which is grown organically, also comes with an option to cook your own catch, using different cooking methods like the campfire.

Bookings are essential.

Camping is also available for self-sufficient campers.
