Bundidgerry Walking Track

Historical Sites and Heritage Locations

The Bundidgerry walking track consists of three loops – the Lake Talbot short loop (three kilometres), Lake Talbot loop (seven kilometres) and the Murrumbidgee loop (11 kilometres) and follows a scenic route around Lake Talbot and the majestic Murrumbidgee River.

The track was designed to take advantage of the natural features such as rocky hills, gullies, high river banks, sandy beaches, irrigation channels and in some cases rough vehicular tracks. The round journey is 11 kilometres long and takes about four hours to complete. The track passes across the top end of the local koala regeneration reserve on the river.

Track information is available at the Narrandera Visitors Information Centre.
