The Hunter Street Gallery of Fine Arts

Galleries, Museums and Collections

The Hunter Street Gallery of Fine Arts is proud to present exquisite artworks from local artists. It was established in 1951 by The City of Parramatta Art Society. The gallery is set in a spacious delightful studio that is easily accessed by those less mobile. The collection is varied in theme, modern and contemporary, aboriginal and traditional. The artwork is changed on a regular basis, offering a vast choice of art throughout the year.

The artists are extremely accomplished and are honoured to present their experiences through their expressive creativity.

The gallery is located close to the beautiful Parramatta Park, cafes and parking, and also offers classes, demonstrations and workshops at an affordable cost. Their teachers are of a high calibre and are prominent in the art arena.
