Museum of Fire

Galleries, Museums and Collections

Step inside the Museum of Fire and you will find yourself immersed in the intriguing world of fire and firefighting. Traversing the history of the firefighting in Australia from military brigades and insurance brigades – to the formation of Fire and Rescue NSW as the organisation we know them as today.

The perfect day out for the family is here with a rich and fascinating pass to discover of one of our key emergency services whilst the children have endless fun with our various videos, interactive elements and last but not least, our junior firefighter’s area with fire truck cabins the kids can climb in ready to head into action.
