Ryefield Hops – Dine in the Bines

Dine in the Bines is an enchanted evening of unparalleled culinary marvels within a lush field of hops. Visualise a grand dining table nestled amidst verdant hop bines dripping with flowers soon to be harvested. This intimate and extremely unique event is only offered once a year to 100 guests to create an intimate and exclusive soiree.

Your ticket opens the door to a world of delights; an exquisite setting, three-course gourmet dinner using local produce, local beverage on arrival, live music throughout the evening, a sensory immersion into the essence of hops and an absolutely unforgettable experience.

Multiple consecutive nights will be offered for the next event in 2025. Group reservations for Corporations and Companies are welcomed on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. They can provide assistance with accommodation bookings in Merimbula, and local bus charters can be organised for the event if required.
