Sydney Rock’s Native Oysters are fifth generation oyster farmers who bring the river to the cellar door at De Bortoli Hunter Valley.

Steve, the oyster farmer, has a wealth of knowledge he loves to share with the customers, enabling customers to enjoy the often-forgotten sensation of food directly from the farm to the plate.

Feast on delicious fresh oysters and other seafood delights while enjoying a lovely glass of wine from De Bortoli. Dine-in and reconnect with the farmer or take-away options are also available.
