In 2018, Karu Distillery launched into the national spirits scene creating traditional spirits for the modern palate, taking spirit lovers alike on a journey of flavour and experimentation. 
Expanding with global attention to their unparalleled dedication to quality, receiving pinnacle achievements in just a few short years.  Holding two major world trophies and over 100 high ranking medals including World’s Best, Country’s Best and Platinum’s.
The founders Ally and Nick organically started Karu Distillery on nothing more than an idea, “to create the spirits we enjoy, the way we enjoy them”. Karu is dedicated to making their distillery an authentic, modern heritage brand that will be a legacy of quality from Australia.
