They offer a variety of classes to suit your individual interests and fitness goals. There is a full service, air-conditioned gym featuring an extensive range of cardio, pin-loaded and free weight equipment. And the gym is open 24/7 for members! There is a ladies gym, group fitness studio, a functional training studio, a kids club, a variety of programs, including personal training, roller-skating rink (the only roller-skating rink in town!), an indoor sports centre, youth and community space, accessible change rooms and a kiosk.
