The property has the sparking in ground swimming in the yard; it is completely private and makes the perfect spot to a refreshing dip or active pool games. There is also seating around the swimming pool for the usual Aussie sun tan or to watch over the kids in the pool.

Because the swimming pool is in the front yard it leaves a spacious fully fenced back yard and large undercover entertaining area. It is a great place to enjoy a family BBQ while the kids play a game of back yard cricket and the dog can roam freely when you’re not walking it down the the off leash dog beach which is only a few 100m walk down the road. The undercover out door area has a BBQ and seating and flows off the main living area.

The living area of this hosue is open plan with a well equipped kitchen, dining room set to seat six and a living room with an L shaped sofa, flat screen TV and air conditioning which cools/heats the entire area. The kitchen has all the mod cons including a dishwasher and large fridge.
