On display, and unique to the area, is a large case of birds, all collected locally in the late 1800’s. Displayed there is a wealth of local knowledge and artefacts dating back to the early pioneers. Displays not to be missed include: the World Quilt; Lucke Quads Cyclops Pram; a case of birds by Charles Skyring, which won him a Certificate of Merit in 1873 from the Queensland Exhibition, Brisbane.
