Moreton Bay Cycleway

Sports and Recreation Facilities

The Moreton Bay Cycleway is a favourite foreshore bike path in southeast Queensland. Stretching 11 kilometres (22kilometres return) uninterrupted by crossings or lights, this cycling track from Scarborough Beach to the Ted Smout Memorial Bridge is sure to get your legs pumping and heart racing.

Although you can cycle this pathway without stopping, they’re sure it’ll be a challenge passing by all the beautiful beach frontage and boutique cafes whipping up the most delicious meals, with even better scents wafting along with the ocean breeze. If you do decide to lengthen your ride by making a couple of pit stops, try their recommendations of Redcliffe Markets, every Sunday morning, HMQS Gayundah, Settlement Cove Lagoon and the Woody Point Jetty.
