Brisbane Domestic Terminal Visitor Information Centre

Located on the Ground Floor of the Common User Terminal at the Domestic Airport, the Brisbane Airport Ambassadors are available to assist you at various times throughout the week. At the VIC, you will find maps, brochures, a booking centre where you can book your accommodation and car hire directly from the free phones and a team of experienced volunteers ready to answer your question.

As well as operating the Information Centre, the Airport Ambassadors roam areas of the Domestic Airport such as the upper level and Skywalk to assist wherever possible.

Just outside the terminal are your bus pick-up points, and the train is at the end of Skywalk.
