Brooklands Historic Farm Main Farmhouse is a self-contained, two story early homestead with modern extension located on rural setting overlooking Port Elliot, on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula. This historic house was built in 1849 and caters for up to 10 people. Set in a prominent position overlooking the farm setting and the stunning ocean and rural views. It is surrounded by its own private gardens.
The farmhouse accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 3 double beds, 2 singe bed, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and dining area with all kitchen facilities, Nespresso coffee pod machine, and wood fire. Adjacent is a large conservatory with views, second dining setting and lounges. A separate cosy sitting room has a 55 inch television and DVD/Blue Ray Player, and wood fire. The early homestead is mainly furnished with early Australian colonial furniture of the same era providing a very unique and comfortable experience.
This beautifully restored State Heritage listed home was built by early settlers around 1849, is on a 65-acre property with stunning rural and ocean views between Port Elliot and Victor Harbor, 80 kilometres south of Adelaide.
This house is on the same grounds as Brooklands Historic Farm Cottage. It is possible to book both Farmhouse and Cottage together for larger groups of up to 14 people.
