Downstairs is an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave living area with TV/DVD and Foxtel! CD player, reverse cycle air-conditioner, main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and w/c, 2 bedrooms, laundry with top loader washing machine.

Upstairs is a spacious main bedroom with balcony with views to Sultana Point, TV/DVD on wall, ensuite with walk in shower, vanity and w/c.

Gas BBQ, outdoor setting, fish cleaning facility, and off-street parking.

Garage not for use.

Historic seaside town of Edithburgh offers an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, 2 Hotels, deli, take away and Cafe, not to mention the beautiful sights of Yorke Peninsula.!

Bed configuration – bed 1 – king, bed 2 – queen plus tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), bed 3 – tri-bunk.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels – king bed sheets (top and bottom, not including pillow cases) for the main bed can be hired for a cost of $20 – if you would like to hire please let office staff know.
