Gardner Knives

Agri, Mining and Industry

Gardner Knives specialises in producing handmade kitchen and hunting knives, and offering classes in knifemaking.

All of the action takes place in a fully-equipped studio at the JamFactory Seppeltsfield, located in the iconic Seppeltsfield Estate, Barossa Valley. For those keen to get close to the action, knifemaking classes are held throughout the year. Participants can book for one to two full days in the studio, learning about the knifemaking process and creating a knife of their own to take home. For further details please visit the website.

The studio is an hour’s drive from Adelaide, with parking onsite. Seppeltsfield Estate is also home to Seppeltsfield Wines, Vasse Virgin, Dragan Fine Art Gallery, Seppeltsfield Cooperage, Segway Sensation and the winery’s landscaped picnic gardens.

Food and drink are available onsite at Seppeltsfield Estate.

If you would like to visit the studio please make contact in advance. Public access to the Studio can only be guaranteed with advance bookings.

Cheers!
