Magpie Springs Art Gallery

This unique art gallery in the idyllic rustic farm setting of Magpie Springs Winery is in the centre of the Fleurieu south of Adelaide. If you’re a wine lover, art lover, coffee lover this gallery is ideal for you.

On show are original landscape and figurative oil paintings and prints by Avril Thomas. Her works are in corporate and private collections round Australia, USA and Hong Kong. Her work can also be seen in the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra. Commission an original bespoke painting or drawing, ask when you come.
Prints of her paintings, drawings, photography and abstract work are also in the gallery to view.

Wine and coffee are available from the cellar door. Book well in advance if you wish to have a platter.

The gallery has hosted top local and international artists’ exhibitions and encourages artistic endeavour of all genres onsite. Magpie Springs has been used for the backdrop in film/ video and photography on many occasions. It has been a Fleurieu Binalle venue, a SALA Festival venue, a Shimmer Festival venue, hosted regular shows with top local and international artists.
