Welcome to Ondeen.
You’re invited to spend time at their place on the 35th Parallel South. You can enjoy some Full Circle Spirits, many of which are made here at Ondeen, along with some tasting plates from Culinary Director Kane Pollard.

Ondeen’s philosophy is to forage, grow and source botanicals and produce from farmers in their local community, and in time from their productive garden. They see the fenceline as a porous membrane, where they can reach out to the local community, and all are welcome.

Through the combination of science and craftsmanship, Ondeen aims for excellence while preserving traditional methods of their craft and hopes it may inspire others. too, Through their food and beverage menus, their actions, and their aim to reduce food waste, Ondeen shows care, and hopes to build a future for all to share.
