Scoffed is a cooking school with a difference – their approach is to make cooking classes as ‘hands on’ as possible – you actually get to do everything yourself.
Taught by head Chef – Alon Alazraki – who trained at Cordon Blue Sydney and is versed in many different cuisines – you will embark on a truly rewarding journey, visiting an amazing array of countries through food (Alon was born in Israel).
Continuing the ‘hands on’ experience – you will be cooking all these incredibly diverse dishes on domestic equipment so you can take everything you’re learned and apply it at home.
