Our 4 Bedroom Grosvenor Street house was built in the early 1900s and has undergone a beautiful renovation by its current owners. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests. With entry via its own private driveway located at 40 Grosvenor St where there is ample parking for 2 cars, it is a home away from home. Entry is from the back of the house into a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen comes complete with an oven, ceramic cooktop, full-size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and butler’s pantry. There is a dining setting for 8 guests and the lounge room consists of 2 x 3 seater couches and a large LCD Smart TV. There are 4 bedrooms each with 1 x Queen Size Bed and LCD TV. The main bedroom has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom consists of a walk in shower, 1500mm bath, vanity and toilet. The Laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The house is not serviced daily.
Maximum occupancy is strictly 8 people this includes children of all ages. refunded.
