Kentisbury Country House is a stylish, self-contained holiday house near Sheffield in Tasmania’s North West.

Relax and retreat in the Tasmanian countryside in this house which is exclusively yours.

The classic European style house is tastefully decorated and available for romantic escapes for a couple, but can sleep up to nine. The house features three large queen bedrooms, plus a double sofa bed along with three single rollaway beds. There are two living areas, one is a rotunda room with 360-degree views. The large bathroom upstairs has an antique claw-foot bath; the second bathroom has laundry facilities.

A large deck overlooks tranquil fields towards Lake Barrington. Enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and dine at the long lunch dining table or the outdoor tables and chairs.

Ideally situated to explore Cradle Mountain, Mole Creek Caves, Mount Roland, Tasmazia and the surrounding scenic area. Sheffield is a ten-minute drive away. West Kentish is a 35-minute drive (32 km) south of Devonport.

Kentisbury Country House is a two storey house with three queen bedrooms with gorgeous views, two big bathrooms, one with a claw foot bath, laundry facilities, a well equipped country kitchen and dining room with a huge long lunch dining table. There are two living areas, one of which is a beautiful, large rotunda room, both rooms feature comfy leather Chesterfields. The house is furnished with unique quality furniture, including antique pieces. A large deck overlooks stunning scenery and there are multiple outdoor seating areas. A gas barbecue is available. The house is surrounded by gardens, including a vegetable garden and fruit trees which are available to our guests seasonally.
