The Cove Tasmania is an award-winning Adults Only Retreat with a variety of 4 -5 star options perched above Bass Strait on a 170-year-old family farm – close to Devonport, the Spirit of Tasmania, and Devonport Airport. Options include Hillside Cabins (Hard Top Glamping), Cliffside Chalets, (with Ensuites) Cheviot A-Frames, our luxury 5-star self-contained Villa Two Five Six – indoor and outdoor bath, private courtyard, and expansive coastal and rural views. All rooms have king beds and private decks.
On the oceanfront in North West Tasmania surrounded by nature and pristine farmland, private and secluded- a place to de-stress and forget a busy, hectic life.
A central hub, The Alexander Centre, features a luxury dual kitchen, lounge, outdoor fireplace, firepit, laundry, luxury bathrooms, and spa services. We offer farm tours, little penguin experiences, a number of walks, and the option to hire an e-bike to explore Tasmania’s north and northwest regions.

Generous outdoor north-facing decks with day-beds and king size beds.
Cheviot A Frames are new to the offering and Cheviot One is a full disability compliant cabin with private parking and ramp access. Our other Cheviot A Frames have toilets and hand basins and all have a private deck with ocean views.
Hillside Cabins are our hard-top glamping option with king beds, north facing deck with day bed and are on the oceanfront.
Luxury bathrooms are just a short walk and are heated with separate shower rooms within the spacious male and female bathrooms.
The Alexander Centre is a shared communal space with large dual kitchen, lounge and great outdoor areas and undercover areas to relax and take in the amazing views of the ocean.

Hilltop Cabins from $179 per night, Villa-Two-Five-Six from $499 per night, Cliffside from $299 per night, Cheviot A Frames from $190 per night. Weekend rates are higher. Extra Adults can be accommodated – additional charges apply. Breakfast, spa services, private chef (online only), and e-bike hire can be arranged.
