The perfect base for day trips throughout northern Tassie such as Sheffield Town of Murals, Seahorse World, Platypus House, Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm, Van Dieman’s Ice Creamery, Bridestowe Lavender Farm, Ashgrove Cheese, and Anvers Chocolates.

The property is home to several horses, chickens and a very friendly Kelpie who will greet you on arrival. If you are not a dog person, this may not be the space for you.

The cottage is fully self contained with everything you could need for a relaxing stay including a fully equipped kitchen.

The lake and garden are home to Cape Barron Geese, Native Hens, Rosella’s, Wild ducks, Cockatoos, and Pink Galas. Wedge Tail eagles are often seen soaring overhead.

Ample safe parking is available for cars, boats and caravans.
