Mt Parsons Walk

National Parks and Reserves

The Peninsula coastline from a less known perspective, but every bit as impressive as any of the walks. If you continue along the coastline from Sleepy Bay, you can walk/climb to the top of Mount Parsons.

An easier ascent than Mt Amos, the walk is not included in maps from the National Park and does not have a grading. The outlook starts opening up pretty quickly, you will want to take your time with this walk with views out to the blue horizon and back across Sleepy Bay and Cape Tourville.

Children will need supervision and perhaps guidance depending on age and ability (likely not suitable for young children). While it’s not a super difficult walk – the route can be less than clear so allow between 3 – 5 hours.
