This is a great tour in just one day. Cradle Mt is a World Heritage listed Tasmanian icon that is not to be missed. Tour starts from Launceston, which gives you much more time compared to Hobart departures. Tour goes via Sheffield, with views of beautiful Mt Roland in the background and the murals. Sheffield holds a mural competition every year and it is famous for its life-like mural paintings. After a short stop, tour continues to Cradle Mt.
At Cradle Mountain you will view Pencil Pine Waterfalls, a pleasant, easy walk along the river, called the Enchanted Walk. Then we head to Dove Lake and walk to Glacier Rock.
