You’ll be taken on a truly local experience tasting award-winning wine and sampling single-origin Angus beef grown on small farms in North Lilydale. Learn about our terroir-driven approach, where we focus on the way our soil, water, native plants and environment shape the flavour of our food and wine.
Start at The Ridge North Lilydale with a glass of sparkling wine, overlooking the very vines that produced the grapes. Then to Summerlea Farm for a behind-the-scenes look at small scale beef production where land and habitat regeneration are the focus.
Relax at our hidden picnic spot nestled between paddocks and towering eucalypts. Immerse yourself in the surroundings while indulging in a seasonal picnic platter with locally sourced produce and matching wine. Take a moment to breathe, watch the active birdlife and listen to the Second River flowing as your backdrop – all while enjoying the cosy warmth of a fireside.
We provide comfortable transportation in our fully enclosed all-terrain vehicle as we guide you across the two farms, so you can sit back and enjoy the scenic ride.
