As part of the Offseason – Permission to Trespass is a month-long event in June in and around Table Cape & Wynyard- Alchymia Distillery are pleased to be involved for the 2nd year introducing this new experience – Where you get to go behind the scenes into our bond store where usually only the owners and the ATO are allowed!!
Welcome to our family business we are a small-batch Boutique Distillery at Table Cape on the rugged NW coast of Tasmania making Whisky, Gin, Vodka and Liqueurs on-site from scratch with passion and love.

Our Tasting Room and Distillery is open to the public Friday- Sunday 12-4 pm During the week we run unique Distillery Experiences check out the website for a full list of the experiences on offer.
