Food and Drink Glen Huon, Huon Valley, Tasmania
Produce
Campo de Flori is Field of Flowers in Italian, and this is what is grown on this 52-acre Glen Huon Farm managed by David Peck and Lisa Britzman. This boutique farm and ceramic artistry has bundled the sensory pleasures of fragrant lavender, honey and olives with bespoke ceramics.
The farm has spectacular vistas towards the snow-capped Hartz mountains and overlooks the Glen Huon Valley and Huon River. The farm features a farmgate shop/gallery where visitors can taste their Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lavender tea and purchase their “Delicious” Award-winning culinary lavender, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and bespoke lavender and ceramics made on the farm.
