Fork it Farm

Produce

From paddock picnics to long table feasts, join us for an authentic paddock to plate food experience?

At Fork it Farm we not only grow the produce, but we also transform it into quality, traditional small-batch artisan charcuterie on farm.

While you take in the scenery, we’ll take you on a tasty journey from our paddock to your plate. Discover how we farm, why we use traditional production methods, and how that creates a uniquely tasty artisan product.

Bookings are essential for our food experiences.

Or pop into to our Farmshop to stock up on quality Tassie produce, everything from our all-natural meat and charcuterie, pickles & preserves, and pet treats, to cheese, apple juice and olive oil.

Just a short drive from Launceston, our farm is located in the heart of the Pipers Brook Wine Region and is on the Tamar Valley Wine Route.
