The tasting hut offers high-class Gin and Whisky tasting. You can also order cocktails like barrel aged Negroni , Old fashioned, Irish coffees and our famous hot spiced gin with cloudy apple juice
For those that wish to have a glass of wine we have a selection of Tasmanian wines, Ciders and beers
If you are peckish, we have also serve local cheese platers, fresh local oysters and homemade biscuits.
