Red Chapel Beach, Sandy Bay

Red Chapel Beach in Hobart, lies 650 metres south of Wrest Point Casino on a rocky shore.

The beach is small, and it is surrounded by buildings on the bay side, hills in the back, and rocky borders on either side. The shoreline at Red Chapel Beach is dotted with rocky outcrops over its whole 150 metre length.

The beach can only be reached on foot from a small grassy area at the southern end.
