This house has been newly renovated in 2022. The driveway is spacious and the entrance is landscaped with Australian coastal plants. The downstairs level encompasses the entrance, three queen bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and a second living room. The middle floor has the living kitchen and bar spaces, sea views and a mural painted by Nobby Seymour. Upstairs has two king bedrooms, both with their own en suites. The romantic king room looking out to Swan Bay hosts its own balcony, a large bathroom, double vanities and a bath. The other master bedroom is something out of a magazine, you can also see when it’s low tide to gauge when it’s time for a walk on the beach.

Sagres has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and an outside toilet, shower and bath, all decked out in its own custom linen and towel range by Quoin The Label.
