muMEcations Ltd is an Australian not-for-profit company on a mission to improve the wellbeing of Mothers experiencing poor mental, emotional and physical health related to caring for a child with disability, social isolation, medical treatment, domestic violence or substance abuse. We do this by providing funded opportunities for women to take some time out from their Mum-duties to focus solely on themselves and their own needs; something that Mums seldom do.

muMEcations provides a relaxing and nurturing environment for women to take some time away from their caring and domestic responsibilities for a weekend where they can enjoy self-care pampering sessions and participate in educational activities designed to identify strategies to assist in the prevention and management of stress.

Our getaways include accommodation, meals, luxury pampering treatments and empowering activities designed to help women recognise the importance of self-care and implement a practical approach that will encourage participants to nurture and enhance their health and wellbeing.

Our trips are specifically designed to promote social and community connection by providing opportunities for women to form meaningful relationships and connect with likeminded women experiencing the same challenges.

Unlike usual health retreats, muMEcations encourages alcohol and sleeping in you won’t see any 6:00am yoga activities on their itineraries.
