Fyansford Paper Mill

Historical Sites and Heritage Locations

The Fyansford Paper Mill is located on the Barwon River and overlooks the picturesque Buckley’s Falls, making it one at a kind in the Geelong and Bellarine region. It was constructed in the 1870s and is one of the remaining heritage industrial style precincts in Australia.

The 2.8 hectare site is being transformed into a thriving food, beverage, arts and cultural precinct in Geelong. It is home to over 15 businesses, including a winery, café, gallery, yoga studio, jeweller, homewares shop and escape room. There are also a number of small independent artists who have private studios across the site.

The Fyansford Paper Mill is a local secret, only located 15 minutes from the centre of Geelong. It is the perfect visit for anyone to discover and enjoy a variety of food, arts and activities.
