Departing from the Merrijig base, we head east to take in some of the most spectacular scenery in the Victorian High Country.

The third day is never the same adventure. Pass through mysterious Wonnangatta Station, negotiate the Crooked River, lunch on top of Mt Blue Rag and stop by Craigs Hut.

See historic high country huts and landmarks, like the movie-famous Craigs Hut and Fry’s Hut, one of the last original cattleman huts in the area.
Ride cracking singles around Sawmill Settlement and “The Tunnel”. Tackle ridges and valleys, passing through an old slate mine, across rivers and down spurs, and up mountains, like Mt Terrible. See the Dandongadale Falls and beautiful Lake Cobbler.
