Bakery Hill is a proudly independent, family-owned and operated single malt whisky distillery in Kensington, central Melbourne.
Established in Bayswater in 1999, Bakery Hill is the longest-running whisky distillery on the mainland and features some of the oldest filled casks in Australia.
Bakery Hill has built a reputation as being one the finest distilleries in the country and has been honoured to receive worldwide accolades including 2005 Best Small Distillery Whisky in the World* (Whisky Bible), and 2020 Southern Hemisphere Whisky of the Year (Whisky Bible).
The new distillery in Kensington offers distillery tours, and tastings, and can host a multitude of private functions and events.
