Fossey’s Distillery is a boutique distillery located in the heart of Mildura’s CBD and in one of Mildura’s most iconic buildings steeped in fascinating history.

Join in the live Distillation experience at Fossey’s every Thursday as the Gin Soaked Distiller brings Stanley the Still to life and takes you along on the wondrous journey of crafting Australian spirits.

The fabulous staff look forward to treating visitors with knowledgeable service about the range of Fossey’s made products while you sit back and enjoy a Tasting Paddle, Gin and Tonic, cocktail or other fabulous choices in the fully stocked bar.
