The beating heart of Molly Rose is the brewery and venue in Collingwood. It’s where you’ll find them crafting their delicious beers from Monday to Friday, and welcoming anyone and everyone for a delicious beer, feed and a chin wag from Wednesday to Sunday.
The Molly Rose kitchen serves Modern Australian dishes that are created using layers of sweet, sour and savoury from house fermented seasonings and preserves, and highlights Australian produce with a vibrant South East Asian street food flair that pairs perfectly with Molly Rose beers.
Friday and Saturday nights Molly Rose invites you to step behind their wall of mottled glass to experience the Chef’s Table, a place that melds the world of brewing with beautiful food.

Our new venue and kitchen is built around the thought that beer is an exciting partner to delectable food. Beer will complement, enhance and oppose flavours when paired with food. We invite you to explore this across 5 courses in our Chef’s Table, exploring fermentation and flavour: allowing our brewers to make beers that inspire our chefs. Inviting the Chef to make a dish to provoke the brewer. Sit at the pass watching the chef or at your own intimate table for two, four or more. Multiple courses come out one after another, matched by our beer or a house-made drink.
Chef’s Table is available Friday and Saturday, starting at 5:30pm, with our last sitting at 8:30. We will of course do our best to accommodate your dietary needs with notice.

all over the world (as well as current trends of course!) Our cheeky
guided tasting is a splendid way to get to know us: Six tastings
served up one after the other, with some mostly factual commentary
