The Shed on Blackwood

The Shed on Blackwood is a rustic, upcycled, rural retreat on a one-hectare property in Bridgetown – an easy three-hour drive from Perth. The Shed is adults only and non-smoking. Pets are not permitted.

It was formally a shed but has been completely renovated and insulated. It contains a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, wood fire and air conditioning. The upcycled rustic furniture compliments the comfortable queen-size bed and new lounges.

It is self-contained and separate from the main house where the owners live and is equipped for self-catering.

The bird lover will have plenty of birds to look out for, with over 50 species to view amidst the peace and quiet of the spacious garden.

The Shed is by the Blackwood River and within walking distance to Bridgetown and the myriad of quirky, boutique-style shops and cafes and a five-minute drive from the easy forest walks and bike rides in the state forests.
