BIG4 Perth Midland Tourist Park is located on the edge of the beautiful Swan Valley, Perth, Western Australia. The park has an extensive range of accommodation options from small en suite rooms to large self-contained chalets to meet your needs whether you travel on your own or with family or friends. There are plenty of caravan sites for those traveling with camper-vans or caravans. There is a nice camping area by the creek.
The park is conveniently located to explore the Swan Valley wine region and its many attractions. There are many walking trails through natural bush land in the Perth Hills area so you can discover wildlife and wildflowers. The park is a convenient stopping place for your day trip to Perth, Rottnest Island or the famous Pinnacles .
The park is easily accessed via Great Northern Highway, Great Eastern Highway or Roe Highway and is close to public transport which services the Perth suburban network and other destinations. Major shopping centres are nearby.

Units sleep up to four guests. They do not have a bathroom in the room, however a male & female bathroom is attached to the building. Facilities include full kitchen, refrigerator, flat screen television and air conditioning. Linen and towels are supplied.
Air Conditioning Refrigerator Tea/Coffee making facilities TelevisionDeluxe Interconnecting Chalet consists of 1 Bedroom Chalet (Side A) and Studio Chalet (Side B) that can sleep up to six guests. It is ideal for families or friends staying together whilst still providing privacy.
Chalet A has a spacious open plan lounge, dining area and self-contained kitchen. The queen bedroom has its own en suite. Chalet B has an en suite, kitchenette, dining area and a queen bed.
Most Chalets have two large outdoor decks with furniture that overlook a pretty creek area.
Free Parking for two vehicles.

The double rooms are 17 square metres and have a double bed. The single rooms are 13 square metres and have a king single bed. The rooms have different layout and can be different from the image shown.
All rooms have a bar fridge and reverse cycle split air conditioning. Complete blackout screens for “dark days” are available in some units.
Keyed access to shared full size fully equipped kitchen, with oven and large fridge/freezer. Inside or outside dining is available on the deck.

Sites are available overlooking a creek area or close to the ablution block. For long caravans, “drive through sites” are offered (you will occupy two sites).
Dogs are welcome on our caravan sites, conditions apply. When booking a site, please inform the Park’s operator on your dog size and breed.
