A brilliant winemaker and a willingness to learn have helped the wines go from strength to strength, winning Best of Show, Best White Wine and Best Sauvignon Blanc.

Hillbrook is a small family-owned vineyard in the Pemberton Wine Region of Western Australia. They strive to achieve quality but with an ‘easy drinking’ style redolent of picnics or long afternoons sitting on the verandah with friends in the Australian summer.

They are committed to the production of the highest quality cool climate wines using only the varieties that have a proven record in the region and well suited to the soils and aspect.
