There is plenty of space to entertain and relax outdoors between the large entertaining deck with lake views – equipped with a large concrete dining table and a comfortable coffee lounge set, a small dry sauna and infrared heaters for those cooler evenings – as well as a covered barbeque area next to the Studio, where you can enjoy making authentic wood-fired pizza.

This property is ideally located next to the lake, near a children’s playground, fishing spots and walking tracks. It is a quiet cul-de-sac where you can enjoy the cool lake breeze and watch the sunset on the large front deck. There is plenty of wildlife around, you are almost guaranteed to meet a kangaroo or two. If you prefer a dip in the ocean, you have a choice of many sandy beaches just a short drive away.
