Tranquillyn Country Retreat is self-contained accommodation in the magnificent Capertee Valley, a peaceful get-away from the stresses of everyday life. Nestled in the widest canyon in the world, it is a mecca for bird-watchers, and those people just wanting to relax, unwind and take in the spectacular views.

While the accommodation ideally suits a couple looking for a relaxing escape to the country, on request they can also provide accommodation for up to two additional guests.

Tranquillyn Country Retreat is located only a few hours from Sydney’s western suburbs, but once you get here you will feel like you are in a different world.

Guests will find a wood heater (or turn on the split system aircon for heating and cooling), TV, DVD and CD player, WiFi, full kitchen, private bathroom, comfy queen-sized bed, multiple sitting areas and more.

Ingredients for a full breakfast every day of your stay is included in the tariff, a variety of tea and coffee, complimentary toiletries, and a bottle of red wine and white wine. Guests are required to bring food for other meals, as there are no shops close by. Barbeque packs are available at an additional cost upon booking.
