Learn to stand up paddleboard or master your skills with an accredited ASI SUP Instructor, with both private and group sessions available.
They are a mobile Stand Up Paddle Boarding School, and will ensure that you experience paddle boarding in the best conditions in a safe, fun environment.
Wake up with a sunrise paddle, cruise Lake Illawarra and Minnamurra River, or venture out with lights on an after dark paddle! They also specialise in SUPFIT (fitness class on fitness mats), SUPYOGAFIT (yoga fit classes on fitness mats), ocean paddling and SUPSURF – hit the waves for experienced paddlers.
They are open seven days/week from sunrise to sunset, and even for night SUP in summer!

A one hour Stand Up Paddle Boarding experience with an ASI accredited instructor/trainer. Great for first timers or experienced paddle boarders. Includes board and paddle. Book up to eight people per session.

Recommended for those who have SUP’d flat water and who are ready for the next step of SUP surfing. They teach you how to catch waves, manoeuvre over waves and how to ride a wave. Also great for experienced SUP surfers who would like to perfect their skills.

SUP Ball is a fun new game, originating in Manly Australia & played in Shellharbour as a non-contact version. We welcome all levels of participants with a focus on FUN! Look forward to the high energy, skills, thrills & spills of SUP Ball! 2 x 15 minute halves with 5 players per side.
