You are picked up from your accommodation in a comfortable air-conditioned bus max 18 guests you are guaranteed personal service and interesting entertaining commentary.
They have 2 departure times to suit what you are looking for: 8.00 and 11 am.
Travel on the multi-award-winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.
On arrival in Kuranda your guide will be there waiting for you at Skyrail terminal/Train platform. The group will jump in the bus together and drive up the hill into the ‘Village in the rainforest” (Limited mobility & disabled-friendly- NO WALKING.)
Your guide will point out all the colourful arts & crafts markets, cafes, restaurants, animal parks and leave you to enjoy your 2 hours of FREE TIME.
After approx. 2 hours in Kuranda, it’s time for a trip on one of the most spectacular rail journeys in Australia the Kuranda Scenic Railway.
Once you arrive at Freshwater station, you’ll head up the coast to stunning Palm Cove.
You will travel along the palm-fringed Esplanade before enjoying a ‘Palm Cove Sunset’ cocktail/wine/beer/soft drink (at your own expense) then returning to Port Douglas with new memories at the end of the day together.

Brett’s Kuranda Half Day Tours leave Port Douglas daily at 11 am. Travel on the multi-award winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, enjoy free time in Kuranda and return on the Kuranda Scenic Rail, before heading home via beautiful Palm Cove for cocktails!
Brett’s Kuranda Full Day Tours leave Port Douglas daily at 8.30 am. Journey aboard the Kuranda Scenic Railway, free time in Kuranda and return on the multi-award winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway before heading home via beautiful Palm Cove for afternoon tea.
Kuranda Budget Tour leaves Port Douglas daily at 11 am or 8.30 am. Travel to and from Kuranda village with Brett in the bus! Three hours in the village then head home via Palm Cove.
