Cape Tribulation is well known for ‘where the rainforest meets the reef’ and you will have an opportunity to stroll along the Kulki Boardwalk and enjoy the views over Cape Tribulation beach.
Daintree Tours vehicles are comfortable, spacious and offer great visibility from every seat. The Mercedes Sprinters carry 11 passengers, a great sized group for experiencing this natural wonder.

8am – Mossman Gorge. Guests explore the spectacular rainforest so close to Port Douglas
10.15am – Explore the Cape Tribulation section of the Daintree National Park
10.45am – Morning tea
11.30am – River cruise on Cooper Creek
12.45pm – Arrive at Heritage Lodge for lunch
2pm – Daintree Ice Cream Company – guests may purchase a tropical fruit ice cream at their own expense
2.20pm – Walk through one of the pristine boardwalks in the Daintree National Park
4.15pm – Guests will be dropped back to their accommodation

Your day begins, a little later at 8.20am, with a drive to the Daintree River and Cape Tribulation section of the Daintree National Park. Morning tea is served at Thornton’s Beach, lush rainforest lining the soft sand of this stunning beach. Join a one hour wilderness cruise along Cooper Creek, the only tour boat permitted in the Cape Tribulation section of the Daintree National Park. Spot crocodiles, birds and other wildlife while learning about this incredible ecosystem. Work up an appetite with a rainforest walk before enjoying a delicious lunch served in the heart of the Noah Valley at a secluded rainforest retreat. The trip home includes a stop at the Daintree Ice Cream Company, another rainforest at Jindalba, one of the most rewarding tracks in this ancient rainforest and a short stroll through the magnificent Mossman Gorge. Arrive back in Port Douglas at approximately at 5.15pm.
